Our Beginning at Rock n Roll Meatballs
After 25 years of slinging ribs and rocking the smoker at KC’s Rib Shack, New Hampshire’s favorite BBQ joint, you’d think I’d be ready to kick back. But one meatball changed everything.
It happened somewhere between kitchen cabinet displays and the cafeteria at IKEA. I was there with my wife, dreaming up our next home project, when I ordered the Swedish meatball dinner—and BAM, it hit me like a power chord. Why aren’t there any meatball restaurants around here?
The Inspiration.
Manchester was drowning in a sea of chicken tender joints. So I thought, why not roll in something different? Something saucy. Something loud. Something that brings comfort food and classic rock together in one killer package.
That’s when Rock n Roll Meatballs was born.
I brought the idea to my business partners, and they were all in. We found a space that used to be a rock club, cranked up the creativity, and let the meatballs take center stage.
